1Can we still book if we haven’t decided on a theme yet?
Yes, that’s absolutely fine! On the enquiry form, just select ‘to be decided,’ and after booking, you can let us know your theme up to a month before your event.
2We aren't sure on our final numbers yet, can we still secure our booking?
Yes, no problem at all! You don’t need to confirm final numbers until a month before, when the remaining balance is due, so don’t worry if they change.
3How can I book?
To book, just fill out an enquiry form on our website. We'll get back to you within one working day – but likely much sooner – to confirm availability and send you a link to secure your booking with a deposit.
4What’s the deposit to secure my booking?
The deposit is just £50, and don’t worry – it’ll be deducted from your remaining balance, which is due a month before your booking.
5When do I need to confirm the final numbers and pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance and final numbers are due a month before your event, so don’t worry if your guest list changes before then – we totally get that numbers can fluctuate with groups.
6What’s the largest group you can accommodate?
Our typical group sizes are between 6 and 30 people, but we’ve also hosted events for up to 100, so we can definitely accommodate larger groups if needed!
7What’s the smallest group you can accommodate?
The minimum group size is 11, but smaller groups are welcome as long as the cost is based on 11 people.
8Where will the class take place?
We can come to you at your accommodation or hired venue for a mobile party, or if you prefer, we can arrange a venue for you! 😊 Once we’ve received your deposit, we’ll confirm the venue within 5 working days. Rest assured, it’ll be somewhere central in the town or city (usually very close to the heart of it). We cover locations all across the UK too!
9We have people of all ages attending – is that okay?
That’s completely fine! Our classes are perfect for all ages, making them a great choice for any celebration. We don’t host kids’ parties, but if a child wants to join in for a birthday or hen do, just let us know in advance. I’ll double-check with the venue to make sure it’s okay (some places, like gyms, might have age restrictions).
10What times are available to book?
You can book anytime from Monday to Sunday, between 9am and 9pm – including bank holidays!
11How long do the classes last?
Our standard classes are 90 minutes, but we also offer two upgrades that last 2 hours.
12Can pregnant guests join in?
Yes, they’re more than welcome to join! Just let us know in advance, and we can adjust the routine if needed. They’re also free to take as many breaks as they like.
13We have two left feet – is that a problem?
Not at all! Our classes are perfect for everyone – even if you have two left feet! It’s all about having fun and creating unforgettable memories at our themed dance classes.
14What should we wear to the class?
What to wear? Anything goes! Some groups come in leggings and t-shirts, others in fancy dress, and some are ready for their night out. We recommend wearing something that makes you feel cool and comfortable!
15Is there anything we need to bring?
We recommend bringing some water with you, as the classes are fun and active, and can get a bit warm during the summer months, but don't worry they're not too intense.
16Do we need to wear fancy dress or bring any accessories?
Anything goes when it comes to what to wear – many of our groups come in comfortable gym wear or leggings. You’re also welcome to dress up in fancy dress and bring any accessories you like – it’s all about having fun! 😊 Just a quick note: some of our venues aren't too keen on feather boas because they shed everywhere, so it's best to leave those at home!
17What should we wear on our feet?
I'd recommend flat, comfortable trainers. If your class is in a studio, you’re also welcome to go barefoot or wear socks!
18Can we bring our own alcohol?
Most of the venues we use don’t allow alcohol, as they’re often dance or gym studios. But you’re more than welcome to enjoy drinks before or after the class! In some locations, we might hire a hotel, and in those cases, you can grab drinks from the bar and take them in.
19We’re having a mobile dance class – what kind of space do we need?
For our mobile dance parties, we can hold the class in your garden or the biggest room in the house (just push the furniture back!). We can also adapt the routine to fit the space. It’s all about bringing the fun right to your doorstep!
20What time should we get to the class?
We’d recommend getting there around 5 minutes before your class start time.
21How energetic is the class?
Our classes are perfect for everyone – even if you’ve got two left feet! They’re not too high-impact, more medium energy. We often get asked this by groups planning to head straight to brunch or dinner, just in case they need to change. You’re welcome to bring a change of clothes, but many of our groups just stick with what they’re wearing for the rest of the day or night!
22Will there be photos and videos to capture the memories?
Yes, we’re happy to take photos and videos of you all at the dance party! Don’t forget to tag us on social media @sashaydance – we can’t wait to see them!

Yes, absolutely! With our ‘Flash Mob Fiesta’ package, we can create a custom mix of 2 or 3 songs and design choreography to match. It’s the perfect touch for your wedding!
25Does the teacher bring the speaker and the music?
The teacher brings the speaker and music along, so everything is all set for you to get the party started!
