We had a groovy morning on Sunday 15th October at The Pink Flashdance event at Yorkshire Dance. This event was held to raise money for The Haven in Yorkshire which supports people affected by breast cancer and a special event for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A total of £650 was raised for The Haven which gave us even more to dance about! Networkers at Leeds Business Week were taken out of their comfort zone right from day 1 on Monday 9th October 2017 where they did a Cha Cha Dance Class with Sarah Hough, Director of Sashay Dance. They really did demonstrate that they were the ‘Movers and Shakers’ of the city! We have just hit our 1st birthday! I can’t actually believe it’s been 1 year, it feels like 5 years with all that’s happened in such a short space of time. We had a brilliant time at a 90’s dance class for my sister’s hen party in York. We had so much fun and Stef our dance instructor was just so patient and funny! She felt like one of the group, she is fantastic! We had a great time would def recommend this for any group looking for something different and fun to do! We all felt so amazing after and we rocked our routine thanks to Stef, she made it so simple to follow.

We had a hen party and Kat came along to teach us Salsa dancing. Well, not being a dancer myself and still feeling slightly worse for wear from the night before, I wasn't exactly looking forwards to 90 mins of salsa dancing but Kat was absolutely brilliant. She was warm and friendly and very, very funny. As she took us through the steps, I found myself having a much more entertaining time than I had anticipated. She put us all at ease, made us laugh and made the whole experience really enjoyable and the time just flew by. Some in the group could dance very well and some of us ...not. She effortlessly dealt with us all in a way that didn't make us feel inadequate or embarrassed as, I guess, all good teachers do! So I would just like to say a huge thank-you to Kat; everyone said how much they had enjoyed the session and that how brilliant she was. She absolutely made the day so special and you should be very proud to have her as part of your team!

We had an absolutely brilliant time at our Strictly themed dance class for my hen do in Leeds! Our instructor Sarah was amazing and catered to all our abilities ❤️ She made it so much fun for us all - we laughed throughout the whole class and could not stop smiling when we left. We had a fantastic time! 😁 Emily our teacher was so lovely, she choreographed our High School Musical dance performance, it was a thrilling challenge and so much fun! We had lots of laughs and the bride to be Clair, really enjoyed revisiting her favourite nostalgic childhood musical. Totally recommend a Hen Dance Class. We chose Abba. Total fun, easy and completed a full routine in our generous 90mins. 14 hens of very mixed ages and ability on 15th May.
